What a wonderful event to celebrate the opening of Family Friend Catering!

To open my catering business has been a dream of mine for several years and during that time I have catered frequently for family and friends. Each one was unique and specifically crafted to meet the needs of the event and tastes of the hostess.

So when it came time to create my own event, I dug into my catalogue of recipes to find my favorites and ones that demonstrated variations in flavor. Who knew how challenging it would be to pare down the list to just a select few!  Below are a few pics of what was served including Thai Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce and Spicy Shrimp Salsa Verde.

The event was a great success in that I met many new friends and was introduced new opportunities to grow my business. I’m so excited about what the future holds!
